Rates:
Support rates are based on the size of your organization, services
requested, and the number of clients and servers to be supported. Support
contracts can be on a straight hourly basis as needed or under an annual or
monthly flat rate contract. Support rates range from $65.00 per hour to
$150.00 per hour depending on the level of support required such as same day
response, next day response, 24/7 response and whether the task can be
accomplished onsite or from our remote location. For more information
